Head of Sales & Customer Success
About The Position
SeatOS is on a mission to transform and digitize the land & sea travel industry, making all routes instantly bookable by anyone. Part of the leading land & sea transportation group, Travelier, SeatOS is building the dominant Transport Management System (TMS) in APAC.
We are hiring for a Head of Sales & Customer Success to join us on this mission. This role will be responsible for driving the growth of SeatOS in the APAC market overseeing Business Development, Sales Operations, and Customer Service; managing a growing team across the region. This role will play a critical role in the SeatOS Leadership team reporting directly to the SeatOS CEO, and this role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Responsibilities will include:
- Own the execution of our Go-To-Market strategy, leading a team of Business Development Managers to deliver against ambitious targets and drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation through to close and post-sales.
- Identify, pursue, and implement new strategic business opportunities and partnerships for SeatOS and in collaboration with the broader Travelier Group.
- Implement a value-oriented approach to sales with a focus on customer value, leading compelling pitches to Mid-Market to Enterprise travel businesses within the APAC region.
- Build a high-performing Customer Success function and develop enduring client relationships, where the job isn’t over at signing but to drive long-term client success and adoption of our platform. Lead and develop a team of BDMs, support, and implementation members who deliver results, providing coaching and mentoring and fostering a culture of collaboration and high-accountability.
- Own key targets, KPIs, and SLAs across the various functions of the team, ready to provide timely and accurate forecasting for clear visibility, regularly tracking and analyzing opportunities to refine and improve processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, notably R&D to help build a product that meets customer needs and expectations. Able to work with executives within the group.
- Sit as part of the SeatOS Leadership, helping contribute to the strategic direction of the organization.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Thai language would be an advantage.
- Repeated & proven experience in managing the responsibilities outlined above and delivering on ambitious targets.
- Willing to travel regionally within APAC as required by the requirements of the business and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Deep understanding of the APAC and specifically SEA region with experience in the SaaS and/or Travel industry is a huge bonus.
