We are hiring a Manual QA Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Thailand. This role will own our manual testing processes, ensuring quality and stability across all parts of the SeatOS platform. You’ll be hands-on in defining and executing test cases, catching bugs before they hit production, and continuously improving our QA standards.

This role is full-time and will be based in Thailand.

In this role you will:

• Design and execute exploratory, regression, smoke, and UAT test plans for web, mobile, and API components.
• Log crisp, reproducible defects; collaborate closely with devs until fixes hit production.
• Own test‑data preparation and maintain well‑structured cases in our TMS.
• Champion usability & accessibility—raise red flags early.
• Continuously improve test coverage and processes.
