Sales Executive - B2B

About The Position

The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for managing the full commercial cycle within Plataforma10's B2B segment: from prospecting and opportunity detection through to closing and account follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and prospect opportunities across both physical network (points of sale) and corporate client segments.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline: prospecting → first contact → presentation → negotiation → closing → onboarding.
  • Develop commercial proposals and coordinate with the product team when opportunities require specific adaptations or integrations.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of active accounts, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth in operated volume (new routes, additional products).

Requirements

Experience & Education

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account development, or similar commercial roles.
  • Proven experience in full sales cycles: from lead generation through to closing.
  • Experience working with physical distribution networks and/or corporate clients.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (required).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong results orientation and ability to meet commercial targets.
  • Autonomous prospecting skills: ability to identify opportunities without relying on inbound leads.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and pipeline stages simultaneously.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and standard productivity tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in transport, tourism, logistics, technology, or marketplace industries.
  • Knowledge of domestic markets and experience managing accounts outside major cities.
  • Experience with onboarding processes for new clients or points of sale.
  • Intermediate to advanced Portuguese.
